The apartment and its location
The apartment is situated in Casares Costa, between Duquesa and Estepona on the Costa del Sol. The location is about 45 minutes by car from Gibraltar (with a bus service also available from La Linea) and just over one hour from Malaga airport.
The apartment has been extensively renovated and completed in May 2022. It included redecoration and a completely new kitchen with modern appliances.
In this front line 3-bedroom apartment, you and your family can relax in the apartment with the soothing sound of the waves. Admire the sea views and coastline as far as Gibraltar and the African coast depending on the weather. Fun and excitement can be had in the four community pools, on the nearby beaches, walking and cycling on the extensive promenades which include exercise and children’s play areas. A drive of a few minutes brings you to three golf courses in Casares Costa – FincaCortesin (expensive), Don Julia (average prices) and Casares Costa Golf (nine holes) as well as numerous other courses not far away. Water sports can be found in Duquesa and in Estepona Port. There are three restaurants nearby La Sal, a walk of a few minutes along the Paseo just outside the community to the right and to the left Bahia Beach by the Torre de Sal. Across the main A7 (using the footbridge) is Bahia de Casares. Many other restaurants and takeaways can be found in Estepona, Sabinillas and Duquesa.

What is provided in Your Bahia de Casares Holiday Apartment
The accommodation includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with a separate dining area and a fully renovated kitchen with separate utility annexe. There is a large, covered balcony fully protected with a retractable “glass curtain” and with separate seating and dining areas.
The master bedroom is ensuite with a spa bath and separate shower as well as a separate dressing area. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are self-contained with a shared bathroom with bath and shower. Bedroom 2 can be configured either with 2 single beds or joined together as a double bed. Bedroom 3 has two single beds. A travel cot is available on request.
The new well-equipped kitchen includes a large fridge/freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machines (filter and Nespresso), toaster, kettle and filtered cold water. Place settings are for eight and include wine glasses, glass tumblers, and plastic water set.
The utility annexe includes a washing machine, drier, airer, iron and ironing board, as well as the hot water boiler. Washing and washing-up materials, tea towels and liquid hand soap are provided in the kitchen and bathrooms.
Spare bedding is stored in the apartment.
There is a 55-inch flatscreen TV with European international programmes and free broadband. Airconditioning units have dual cooling/heating capability.
Guest access
This frontline community includes 4 swimming pools (2 are heated during the winter months) as well as direct access to the Promenade (Paseo) and beaches in both directions. The Paseo (for pedestrians and bikes) extends from the community to Duquesa and beyond to the West and eventually will run all the way to Estepona to the East when it is completed. There is a bus stop just outside the community on the main road with buses to La Linea (Gibraltar) and Estepona. The apartment comes with one underground parking space and there are also guest spaces just outside the main gates of the community.
